Terms of service

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all agreements between LegalTime B.V. and the customer regarding the LegalTime software.

2. Subscription and termination

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled month-to-month with a one-month notice period. Annual subscriptions can be canceled at the end of the term.

3. Prices and indexation

Current prices are listed at /en/pricing. Prices may be indexed annually on 1 January in line with the Dutch CBS consumer price index.

4. Availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability, excluding announced maintenance. Announced maintenance takes place outside business hours.

5. Data and export

Customer data remains the customer's property. The customer can request a full export at any time in open formats (CSV/JSON). On termination we retain the data for 30 days for the customer.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount paid by the customer in the six months preceding the event causing the damage.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the Amsterdam district court.
