Is an annual contract required?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
You receive a full export in open formats (CSV/JSON). We delete your data within 30 days after cancellation unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
Do I pay for admin users too?
No, only fee earners count. Support staff is included.
How about VAT?
All prices exclude VAT and are billed monthly or annually.
Is AI time tracking included in the base?
AI is in Firm and Firm+. No per-suggestion or per-minute transcription fees.
