2. What data we process

We process the data you provide when requesting a demo, contacting us or starting a trial: name, email, phone, firm name and number of fee earners. When you use the software we process the data your firm enters on behalf of its clients; that processing is governed by a data-processing agreement.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract performance (art. 6.1.b GDPR): demo scheduling, contract handling, support.
• Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): product improvement on aggregated, non-identifiable data.
• Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR): tax retention for invoicing.

4. Retention

Marketing and sales data: up to 24 months after last contact, unless you request earlier deletion. Invoicing data: 7 years (Dutch tax retention).

5. Recipients

We share personal data only with sub-processors necessary for the service (EU hosting, email delivery, accounting). Current sub-processor list available on request.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Requests via privacy@legaltime.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch DPA.
